About the History of the Order of Preachers:
Sister Nona McGreal's "Dominicans: Short Introduction to our History in the US" written as part of Project OPUS makes for interesting reading on the common history of the Order in the United States. Project OPUS is the work of the McGreal Center.
"Regensburg tree" congregations find their roots in the Germany carrying a more monastic tradition. The history of the Kloster Helig-Kruez tells their story from a different perspective.
